Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully so that neither side is faced with any surprises after booking. By confirming your booking in writing, you agree to accept our general terms and conditions.
Rent Villas in Greece acts solely as a booking agent. The letting contract is between the person renting the property and the property owner.
Rent Villas in Greece is contracted by the respective property owner to act as a local agent on their behalf. Payments are accepted on behalf of the property owner.

Important Notes and Considerations:

• Occasional disruptions of power, water, and gas supplies may occur. The cost of oil and gas heating is higher than in other regions.
• In rural properties surrounded by nature, the presence of insects or small animals such as ants, spiders, geckos, flies, wasps, mosquitoes (particularly near water), and mice cannot be entirely avoided.
• Communal facilities like swimming pools and sports areas must be used in accordance with local regulations.
• Signs of dampness are common in properties near the sea, particularly regarding brickwork and plaster.
• Properties are equipped according to Greek standards. Items common in other regions, such as specific coffee makers, may not be available.
• Heating in properties with multiple apartments is usually controlled centrally, so heating times cannot be customized.
• All properties offered by Rent Villas in Greece are privately owned, personally inspected, and selected for quality and location. Each reflects the owner’s unique taste and design preferences, offering options to suit diverse styles.

Booking Process

To book your accommodation, please complete our booking form in writing. Upon receipt, you will receive an email confirmation with our bank details. A deposit of 20–30% of the total rental cost (depending on the property and owner) is required.
The balance is due no later than five weeks before your holiday starts or can be paid in cash or by credit card upon arrival, depending on the property.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. The date the cancellation notice is received will determine the cancellation fee:

• Up to 60 days before arrival: 40% of the total rental price.
• 59–42 days: 50%
• 41–22 days: 60%
• 21–15 days: 80%
• 14–8 days: 90%
• 7 days or less, or no-show: 100%

Tenant Responsibilities

Tenants are required to treat the property and its inventory with care and compensate for any damages caused during their stay. Occupancy must not exceed the maximum specified in the price chart. Pets must be registered before arrival.

Alterations to Bookings

For minor changes, such as travel dates or accommodations, a €20 processing fee applies.

Liability

Parents are responsible for their children’s supervision. Complaints regarding property damage must be addressed directly with the property owner. Rent Villas in Greece acts solely as an intermediary and is not liable for any claims arising from the rental agreement.

Disclaimer

As an agent, Rent Villas in Greece is not responsible for compensation or price reduction claims. In case of complaints, tenants must contact the property owner directly. Italian law and jurisdiction apply to all agreements.

Complaints

Descriptions of properties are provided in good faith. Complaints must be made in writing within 24 hours of arrival. Verified complaints will be addressed by the property owner, with compensation up to the rental price.

Privacy Policy

When booking, essential personal information (e.g., name, email, address, phone) is collected to facilitate the booking process and provide updates. All personal data is handled confidentially.

Note: Properties are private homes, not hotels. Their characteristics reflect the owner’s style and local traditions and may not match standard hotel grading.
